We aim for a quick response for loans to acquire/refinance care homes, retail premises, hotels and other licensed premises, industrial units and commercial investments. Linking such deals to pension-fund lending may enable you to take full advantage of tax breaks and inheritance tax planning.
Each deal is examined on its merits, then formally presented to two or three potential lenders, in a bank-friendly manner, in order to obtain a formal, competitive offer. Often, we arrange for free banking to be made available form a new lender but, equally, we can submit applications to those lenders willing to act on a transaction-only basis.
